Caesar Rodney rode through a storm to secure America’s independence. Today, Delaware faces a different kind of storm— rising costs, misguided policies and growing threats to individual liberty.

At the Caesar Rodney Institute (CRI), we believe smart, nonpartisan policy education lights the way forward. Our research equips citizens, informs legislators and strengthens freedom for generations to come.

Our work focuses on four policy areas:  economic & fiscal Policy, education, energy & environmental, and healthcare — each grounded in facts and focused on practical solutions for Delaware families.

CRI members make this work possible. Membership supports research, public education and thoughtful analysis that contribute to accountable, transparent policymaking in the First State.

Disclaimer:
As part of the Caesar Rodney 250 civic education series, CRI is providing educational commemoratives such as a digital Declaration of Independence mini-course (all levels) and a leather-bound U.S. Constitution booklet (Founder's level), available through July 4, 2026. These resources are offered to promote civic understanding and are not intended as merchandise.
